Covid-19 Update - June 8th, 2020

On June 8th, 2020, Massachusetts entered Phase 2 of reopening. Phase 2, which is referred to as the “Cautious Phase,” allows dental providers to cautiously and incrementally resume all elective, non-urgent procedures and services, including routine hygiene appointments.

We are now welcoming patients for the following services:

  • Emergency or urgent care

  • Interrupted treatment or treatment following emergency care

  • Disease management, trauma, compromised function, and frequently cared for patients

  • Treatment to prevent potential dental emergent and urgent care situations

  • Continuity of care

  • Preventive and routine comprehensive dental care

Your health is our utmost priority and we have made some changes around the office so we are fully prepared to receive patients. We are complying with all guidelines, mandatory regulations, and orders from the Governor Baker, the CDC, the ADA, and the DPH:

☑ We have a current and adequate supply of personal protective equipment (PPE). We maintain this adequate supply on an ongoing basis without support from the state stockpile

☑ We meet public health and safety standards in the domains of workforce safety, patient safety, and infection control.

☑ We have designated a compliance leader at the highest level of the organization.

☑ We attest to meeting all of the requirements in PPE, health and safety standards, and compliance standards. We retain this attestation for inspection upon request by the DPH.

If you had a previous appointment cancelled due to Covid-19, please give the office a call at (781) 648-0200 to schedule a new appointment.

Stay healthy,

Dr. Isabelle Jaillet and staff

Covid-19 Update - May 2020

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. We are now in the phase one of Massachusetts reopening. In compliance with orders from Governor Baker’s office and the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC), there will be some changes.

  • We will call you 24 hours before your appointment to ask whether you have a fever, cough, or if you have travelled in the past 2 weeks.

  • We may ask you to wait in your car instead of the waiting room if we cannot ensure social distancing. Please do not bring others with you for your appointment.

  • Please do not bring any food or beverage with you, including bottles.

  • You will be asked to fill out a new consent form when you come in.

  • You need to wear a mask at all times in the office, unless asked by the doctor to take it off.

  • We will give you a mouthrinse before we begin treatment.

We have also made changes around the office.

  • We have added air purifiers to all rooms.

  • We have removed all magazines and high-touch items from the waiting rooms.

  • We disinfect high-touch surfaces in the office every hour.
